Refund policy

1- Prices are Fixed.

2-Exchanges and Refunds:

-No Exchange or refunds for orders outside Bahrain. 
-Exchanges inside Bahrain is within 2 working days with original reciept. 
-Refund inside bahrain is within 1 working day with original reciept.
-Accessories are non-refundable/ exchangeable.
-Sale items, offer items/ collections, gift cards, or items purchase by discount codes are non-refundable non-exchangeable.

3-Damages and issues: 

-Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
-Any issues beyonf 2 working days after recieving the order will not be processed.

4-Exceptions / non-returnable items:

-Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products, in which 50% advance is required  (non-refundable) prior to placing the order.
-Incase of alterations, items cannot be returned or refunded.
-Accessories are non-refundable/ exchangeable.
-Sale items, gift cards, or items purchase by discount codes are non-refundable non-exchangeable.

5-Alterations:

Inside Bahrain
-Alterations within 3 working days.
-alterations done once, any additional alterations will be chargeable.
-Alterations beyod two weeks of date of purchase will be chargeable.
- No alterations are made during Ramadan and Peak Seasons.

Outside Bahrain
-No alterations for items purchased outside Bahrain.

6-Gift vouchers: 

Gift vouchers can only be used during th given period.
